Founder & CEO
TERRY DRAKE
Terry began his football career at Harding University and later played for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in the Canadian Football League. As a member of the National Football League Player Association (NFLPA) he continues to be actively involved in the industry. He has served as a coach and director of athletics for 35+ years developing student athletes and training coaches. Terry Drake is an experienced and inspirational leader on and off the football field. He has been a part of four Class 4A State Championships and named Coach of the Year in both Florida and Texas. Off the field Terry has been a successful business entrepreneur in the health-care industry and a non-profit leader as the founder and CEO of Drake Athletics, serving and training at-risk children to make positive life decisions to achieve their dreams and transform their lives. Continuing to impact the lives of students, Terry is also involved with FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes).

Vice President
JAred Mosley
Jared Mosley is the Associate Vice President and Chief Operating Officer with the University of North Texas Athletics Department. Mosley serves on the leadership team for Vice President and Director of Athletics Wren Baker. At North Texas, Mosley assists with financial, operational and administrative issues. He helped develop strategic initiatives outlined in the department strategic plan and provides oversight for human resources functions, as well as facilities and event management, student services, marketing, promotions and communications. Mosley, arrived at North Texas in 2016 from the Texas Sports Hall of Fame, where he served as the CEO and president. Previous to that, Mosley served as director of athletics for 10 years at Abilene Christian University, where he increased the athletics fundraising more than 650 percent, from $228,000 in 2003 to over $1.7 million in 2013. Mosley increased the lettermen’s association participation more than 200 percent and oversaw more than $30 million in facilities construction and renovations. Mosley has two degrees from Abilene Christian, earning his bachelor of science degree in 2000 and his master’s in education administration in 2003. He was inducted into the ACU Sports Hall of Fame in 2015 after a successful basketball career, where he finished as the 11th-leading scorer and the eighth-leading rebounder in school history. Mosley and his wife Trish have three children, Jaden, Jaxon and Blair.

Marketing Director
RICK VILLANUEVA
Rick Villanueva is a seasoned entrepreneur with a passion for helping startups establish their brand and develop effective marketing strategies. With years of experience running his own businesses, he has worn many hats, navigating the challenges of entrepreneurship firsthand. Currently, Rick serves as the Director of Tapered Design, bringing over 20 years of expertise in architecture and consulting. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology with a focus on architecture and is a certified presenter for the American Institute of Architects’ Continuing Education Systems. Originally from Dallas, Texas, Rick has called the Pacific Northwest home for over two decades. Outside of work, he cherishes time with his wife and six children. His interests include traveling, golf, attending concerts and sporting events, performing as a magician, and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys.

Social Media Lead
Amyah Velazquez
Amyah Velazquez is the Administrative Assistant and Social Media Lead. With a background in missionary work, volunteering, and worship leading, she is deeply committed to serving others. Her heartfelt prayer is to love people the way Jesus does.

CAMMY JACKSON
Cammy Jackson is a seasoned executive, entrepreneur, and community leader with extensive experience in business development, nonprofit management, and organizational growth. As the President & CEO of the Midlothian Chamber of Commerce, she spearheaded initiatives that strengthened local businesses, fostered key partnerships, and significantly increased revenue. She is the owner of Handy Jack Services LLC, an interior design and remodeling business, where she helps homeowners bring their vision to life. Cammy has a strong background in fundraising, event strategy, and team leadership, having led chambers of commerce in DeSoto and McKinney and founded business consulting ventures like Capstone Business Resources and Ellis County Business Alliance. Her expertise extends to mentoring entrepreneurs, enhancing community engagement, and driving strategic innovation. A graduate of the University of Nebraska (MBA) and Southwest Texas State University (BBA), Cammy also holds the IOM designation from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and is a graduate of the Interior Design Institute. She actively serves on multiple boards and organizations, demonstrating a deep commitment to economic development and community service.

Board Member
ANDY CHESTER
A board member for Drake Athletics since its inception, Andy spent 31 years in public education in a variety of capacities, including 13 years as a director of athletics. Prior to his retirement in 2019, Andy served on numerous campus, district and state-level committees and is a member of the Texas High School Athletic Directors Association as well as the Texas High School Coaches Association. Currently Andy is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, helping others discover their talents and reach their full potential. Andy is known for building cohesive teams with shared vision and purpose while recognizing the ever-changing dynamics of today’s workforce. Andy enjoys supporting the vision of Drake Athletics and has worked closely with Terry Drake over the years to help underserved students in a variety of communities.

Executive Assistant
PENNY DRAKE
Penny Drake serves as the Executive Assistant at Drake Athletics. An entrepreneur, devoted mother, and proud grandmother, she is also a faithful follower of Christ. As a dedicated member of her church’s prayer team, she radiates warmth and positivity, making a meaningful impact in her community.

Motivational Speaker
DEVIN WYMAN
Devin Wyman is an American former professional football player that was selected in the sixth round (206th overall) of the 1996 NFL draft by the New England Patriots. In 1999 the defensive tackle signed with the Minnesota Vikings and was allocated to NFL Europe to play for the Barcelona Dragons. Returning to the NFL in 2002, Wyman signed with the Kansas City Chiefs. Leaving the NFL, Wyman began his Arena Football League career with the San Jose SaberCats in 2003. Staying with the team until 2005, Wyman was part of the SaberCats team that won ArenaBowl XVIII. The Kentucky State alum left San Jose for the Dallas Desperados in 2006. Wyman left Dallas in 2007 for the Utah Blaze. Following his first season with Utah, Wyman re-signed with the team on August 2, 2008. Following his professional career Devin Wyman pursued coaching. On March 30, 2015, he was named head coach for the Texas Revolution of the Champions Indoor Football (CIF) league. Devin is also a renowned motivational speaker.
